Ryan McQueeney serves as Chief Financial Officer of First In. He is a principal and CFO advisor at SC&H Group. Prior to that, he was the founder and managing partner of McQ Advisory LLC, a fractional CFO advisory firm serving high-growth startups, private equity-backed companies, and mid-market businesses.

Ryan has served as CFO across the energy, technology, and services sectors for over two decades. At Hull Street Energy, he oversaw the financial leadership of five PE-backed portfolio companies representing $450 million in assets and led the integration of three acquisitions spanning more than 30 power plants across multiple states. At RedOwl Analytics, he led the financial aspects of the business through $40 million in funding rounds and its strategic acquisition by Forcepoint in 2017. Earlier in his career, he held senior finance and accounting leadership roles at Constellation Energy Group, a Fortune 120 enterprise, and began his career in public accounting at Reznick Group, P.C., now CohnReznick LLP.

Outside of work, Ryan coaches national-level, college-bound softball teams.

Ryan holds an MBA from Loyola University Maryland and a B.S. in Accounting from Virginia Tech. He is a CPA.
