Kristen Stanley is the Operations Manager at First In, where she oversees firm operations, investor communications, and portfolio support across the firm’s venture funds. She works closely with the partners on fundraising, limited partner relations, compliance, and the internal systems that support the firm’s investment activities.

Prior to joining First In, Kristen worked in education as a mathematics instructor teaching secondary mathematics. She is also an entrepreneur in the education space and the creator of Storytime with K, a children’s storytelling platform designed to support early literacy and learning.

Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego and a Single Subject Mathematics Credential from California State University San Marcos.
