Brian O’Keefe is president and COO of SCATR Corp, a cybersecurity firm providing zero trust transit software to customers in the defense technology market. He also serves on the Babel Street advisory board, the Qmulos board of directors, the advisory committee at the TF-7294 Foundation, and as an advisor to PSG Equity.

He is the co-founder and former CEO of BNK Ventures (acquired May 2022) and former CEO of Vertical Knowledge (acquired January 2024). Brian is also the founder and principal at Sagamore Hill Consulting, an advisory firm focused on building growth-oriented strategic partnerships for national security-focused technology companies.

A retired US Army Sergeant Major, Brian served in a variety of intelligence, special operations, and interagency organizations during his two decades of active military service.

He holds a B.S. in Administration and Management and an M.S. in Strategic Leadership.
