Bobby Tuohy is VP of Product and Platform Strategy at Cav, a leader in automated cyber compliance and risk management for large commercial enterprises and federal government agencies. He is also the founder of Blackthorn Strategies, an engineering and product company focused on RF, electronic warfare, and AI-enabled systems for defense and deep-tech clients. 

Bobby served nearly a decade as a US Navy Cryptologic Warfare Officer in roles spanning signals intelligence and special operations. He led teams, managed classified programs, and operated in high-risk environments globally, gaining expertise in the hardware and software systems that underpin modern warfare.

After leaving the Navy, Bobby led product at EchoSec Systems through a period of rapid growth and acquisition by Flashpoint. He later joined 25Madison, where he founded the supply chain venture studio, raised $17M in permanent capital, and incubated three companies from concept to seed.

Bobby is a graduate of the Naval Academy and holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Engineering from Harvard.
